Project Management, project support, vendor management, business and workflow development, gap analysis and troubleshooting.
Providing Kronos HR, Payroll, and Time and Attendance consulting to various size businesses.
Assisting companies with employee handbook development as it relates to Time and Attendance, Hardware setup, technical (PC and network) support.
Proposal review, payroll processing, time and attendance analysis, documentation, configuration.
System analysis, re-configuration, improvements and enhancements.
Establishing and maintaining vendor relationships.
Identifying and designing hardware and software needs and requirements.
Conducting payroll and time and attendance requirements and needs analyses, including Union Contracts.
Developing gap analyses.
Designing and creating payroll and HR import/export interfaces.
Directing Change management communications and activities.
Produce Process Improvement diagrams as needed.
Develop and create training material.
Conduct customized training classes, classroom or on-site.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and support Parallel and Go-Live activities.
Manage all project tasks/phases and resources.
