• Software Engineer with 30+ years’ experience in analysis, design, programming, testing, user and program documentation and implementation. 

• 24 + years expertise with Lawson Applications ERP, 9.0.1 and 10.0 and Infor Landmark XI. 

• Very knowledgeable in supply chain management in a healthcare environment including applications like Accounts Payable, Procurement, General Ledger, Payroll, Inventory, Human Resources and Benefits. Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.

• General support for Lawson 10.0 while they were upgrading to Workday and Workday support after go-live.  Workday support after go live for user access to Workday.

• General support for Lawson 9.0 while they were upgrading to SAP.

• General support for Lawson 10.0 for HR, Payroll, Supply Chain and General Ledger.

• Supported various clients for Lawson 10 and Infor XI including security setup, Landmark support, GHR and Payroll support, AR, Payroll interfaces, IPA, and SQL queries.

• Setup Process Level and GL Company restricted security in Lawson Security.

• Setup new security classes and assigned to new users.

• Setup LBI security for new users.

• Created and modified over 600 existing Crystal reports to accommodate new hospitals.

• Ran monthly GL closing programs and scheduled monthly LBI reports.

• Setup new GL accounts for Finance.

• Created RW100 reports for Income Statements and Balance Sheets for Finance.

• Created program specifications for new programs needed for additional hospitals.

• Created training documentation for Activity, General Ledger and Asset Management.

• AWS migration, helped with testing LBI and Crystal Reports.

• Conducted security design sessions for Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll and Human Resources.

• Used Kinsey Reports to identify and evaluate roles and security classes, separation of duties and              inconsistencies.
