Oracle Fusion HCM – Functional Consultant

Over 15 years of Information Technology experience in Business Applications and HCM domain.

Proven experience architecting, designing and implementing high volume, high availability systems.

Over 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Applications including HCM, Payroll, Absence, OTL, Benefits, Compensation and Talent Management.

Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion reporting experience in BI Publisher, OTBI and Dashboards.

Extensive experience in experience in creating Fast Formula for HCM Payroll, OTL and Absence modules.

Over 12 years Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consulting Experience HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Recruiting, ESS & MSS.

Experience in configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Extensive experience in Data Loading/Conversions using HCM Data loader (HDL) and spreadsheet loaders.

Experience in developing HCM Extracts/BI Reports for Global HR, Payroll Interface.

Experience in Fusion Approval Management and Security.

Extensive experience in Implementation and Integration of HCM Self-Service Modules (eAPPS).

Experience developing and converting to Fluid Interfaces and building Dashboards and WorkCentre.

Good understanding of Quality Assurance Processes and expertise in leading Enterprise level testing effort, experience in Defect tracking tool like JIRA, Remedy, Quality Center.
