Over 20 years of experience administering, supporting and training users on the use of Payroll and Time\Attendance software. All versions to include most recent version of Kronos WorkForce Dimensions and all integrated modules i.e. WIM, Device Manager, Activities, Leave, Attendance, Accruals, Schedule, Attestation, Mobile, Teletime and various associated modules. 

Very Knowledgeable also in all versions of Kronos to include version 5.0., 5.2., 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 7.0, 8.0 (Cloud and Onsite) and version 8.1 (Cloud and Onsite).

Over 20 years’ direct experience supporting Kronos ISeries sand WFC versions of Timekeeping software. 

Kronos administrator for an International company with over 120,000 employees. 

Configured pay rules, set up time clocks and administer servers associated with the Kronos software. 

Worked for Kronos as a Technical Support Engineer progressing to Project Management\Implementation. 

Implemented\supported and upgraded 100’s of customers. 

Capable of resolving complex issues associated with Implementation\Upgrade of the product. Responsible for Project management, Documentation and presentation of WFC.

Hands on experience with full software implementation cycle (Gather\record requirements, configure software, test, train and go-live support.

Integrations between all HRIS elements Payroll, Timekeeping, HR Benefits, this includes Person imports, Payroll Exports, Accrual Imports\Exports.

Multiple projects with Kronos most recent version WFD, just recently completed.
