The solution's benefits administration module enables users to clarify and comply with country-specific regulations, select a specific level of administrative support for their businesses and maintain security and integrity of sensitive data.


ADP GlobalView's time and labor management module provides users real-time visibility into overtime, absences, overstaffing and understaffing. Users can also support unique policies for specific people in specific places and manage project costs and profitability. Additionally, the solution features "what-if" analysis, multi-lingual service, global HCM reports and customizable dashboards.
